Please call our reception 011 318 2340 to make an appointment, you will be timeously assisted, (especially in the case of a genuine emergency, the appointment is for us to expect your arrival)
The reason is simple – we can better manage your and our safety with lowering people-contact-risks by preventing having people waiting around unnecessarily.

It is imperative that we are given 24hr notification for the repeat of chronic prescription medication. Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call ahead (011 318 2340) for us to have your pets’ medication ready for quick collection. It allows for our and your efficiency and ease.
Of course we are here to assist, and grateful to be able to, but we are under the legislation of the Disaster Management Act, operating as Essential Services, and as such are here for genuine emergencies and obvious clinical diseases/injuries/problems.
Routine elective procedures (eg sterilizations, pedicures) will wait until Lockdown is over, whereupon they will be planned, booked in, scheduled, as usual.
